Looking for the right office space London to start up a business? Nowadays, in this dog eat dog world, we are facing more aggressive business competition then ever! People are exploited, and “The Man” could not care less about your family, your kids or your cute little yorkie named cinnamon. Where is the compassion?, where is the circle of people holding hands around the world? Those things DO NOT exist in the business world, it’s all about being top dog, and paying those under you the least amount possible. There is a certain criteria I have taken the liberty of writing to assist those who are lost and helpless and need some light shed upon the their quest to find the right office space.

1. Understand what you are getting into. Familiarize yourself with the business rates, the rent, the service charge and all the other variables and conditions that come with the office space.

2. Do not settle on the first thing you see! If it’s cheap in one place, its probably a cheap area, otherwise, it may be too good to be true. Explore the area and not just one, adventure a little, you may find something better.

3. Do Not settle for less, keep looking until you find what suites your needs.

4. Make sure your solicitor knows what they are doing, this is crucial! If you want to negotiate reasonably, you need a competent solicitor.

5. Patience is key! If you do not find what you are looking for right away, try again because sooner or later something will come up, and you will not regret waiting!
